Alyssa
Understanding the business, diagnosing where leads are lost, and designing the system to fix it.
You don't have a marketing budget to waste.
Every lead that goes cold is money and effort you already spent, gone. That's the problem we started this business to fix.
The same people who understand the problem stay involved through strategy, technical delivery and launch.
Understanding the business, diagnosing where leads are lost, and designing the system to fix it.
No account-manager handoff between understanding the problem and building the solution.
GoHighLevel setup, CRM configuration, automation and implementation — built, tested and quality-checked.
Strategy, search, conversion and technical implementation stay connected from the first conversation through delivery.
Alyssa’s strength is connecting SEO, content, automation, data and conversion strategy into systems designed to generate measurable business growth.
Rather than treating marketing as separate activities, she looks at the complete customer journey — how people discover a business through Google, AI search, social media and other channels, what information influences their decision, and what should happen next to move them towards an enquiry or sale.
Her core skills include SEO strategy, keyword and search-intent research, content architecture, AI search optimisation, conversion-focused website strategy, marketing automation and multi-channel content distribution. She also works with structured content, schema, internal linking and scalable publishing workflows to build long-term search visibility rather than relying solely on individual campaigns.
A key strength is automation and systems thinking. Alyssa can identify repetitive marketing processes and turn them into connected workflows — from content creation and publishing through to social distribution, lead nurturing and behaviour-based follow-up. This allows a business to increase its marketing output without increasing manual workload at the same rate.
She also approaches SEO commercially. Traffic alone is not the objective. Search opportunities are evaluated according to their ability to attract relevant prospects, support important products or services, strengthen topical authority and ultimately contribute to revenue.
Alyssa is particularly valuable where a business has several disconnected marketing tools or activities but lacks a single system connecting discovery, engagement, conversion and follow-up.
Her role is therefore not simply to produce content or improve rankings. It is to build and optimise the digital infrastructure that turns visibility into qualified traffic, traffic into opportunities, and opportunities into revenue.
Mark brings an Information Technology background to the technical side of Be Found, translating business requirements into dependable websites, CRM structures, integrations and automated workflows.
His work focuses on the infrastructure behind the customer journey: how enquiries are captured, where data is stored, how systems communicate, which actions should happen automatically, and how the entire process is tested before it reaches a client.
That technical foundation supports work across website implementation, CRM configuration, databases and data organisation, forms, pipelines, booking calendars, workflow automation, integrations, domains, DNS, email configuration, troubleshooting and quality assurance.
Mark approaches implementation as a systems problem rather than a collection of isolated tasks. A form should not simply collect information. It should create the correct contact record, enter the lead into the right pipeline, trigger the appropriate follow-up, notify the right person and preserve the data needed for the next step.
His role is to make sure the strategy works in practice — reliably, logically and with as little unnecessary manual work as possible.
An IT background is valuable here because the work sits between software, data, websites and business processes. Mark’s job is to connect those pieces so the final system is understandable for the client and dependable behind the scenes.
Strategy does not get handed off before the build begins.
Alyssa shapes how the business gets found, understood and converted. Mark makes sure the technical system can actually deliver that journey. You work directly with both sides from the first conversation through launch.
Small, hands-on, and directly accountable from the first conversation through strategy, implementation, launch and ongoing support.
You speak directly with the people responsible for diagnosing the problem and shaping the solution.
Search, content, conversion and automation decisions are made with the full customer journey in view.
The strategy stays connected to the CRM, website, automation, integrations and technical implementation.
The people who designed the journey remain involved while the system is tested and prepared for launch.
Responsibility stays close to the founders after launch instead of disappearing into another department.
We're a small, hands-on team — not a large agency where your project gets passed between departments. When you work with us, you're working directly with the people shaping the strategy and building the system, from the first conversation through launch and beyond.
That means fewer layers between the problem and the solution, faster decisions, less information lost in translation, and clearer responsibility for whether the system actually works.
The people who understand the problem stay close to the strategy, the build and the outcome. You do not have to repeat the same context to different departments, wait for information to be passed between teams, or wonder who is responsible for the next decision.
The same people who helped define the direction remain close enough to the work to make adjustments, answer questions and keep the system moving toward the result it was designed to achieve.
We use technology because it gets the customer journey working — not because the technology itself is the product.
The right people discover the business through search, AI, content or other relevant channels.
Website, CRM, follow-up and booking work together instead of operating as separate activities.
The customer reaches a clear next step — enquiry, appointment or purchase — without unnecessary friction.
We don't sell GoHighLevel, websites, or SEO/GEO as standalone products. We use them as parts of one system that helps people discover your business, understand what you offer, move through the right next steps, and become paying customers.
If a client's problem doesn't require a particular tool, we don't recommend it. The goal is always the outcome. Technology simply supports the journey.
Different businesses need different journeys. These selected projects show how we shape the experience around what the customer needs to do next.
A service-business journey designed to move enquiries toward a clear consultation and booked appointment.
